04 / How we work
We work with a small number of funds at a time, so each receives priority access to our network and our full attention.
An annual engagement with an initial twelve-month term. Our time and network are reserved for you, not shared across the market.
A success fee on transactions we originate, on top of the engagement, so our interests follow the outcome.
We co-invest in the deals we bring, on the same terms as the fund. Alignment that continues well beyond closing.
In every transaction we are clear about whom we represent, disclosed in writing from the start. Trust on both sides depends on it.
